More Cherry Tomatoes and Cucumbers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Just another day of harvesting both cucumbers and ripe and red cherry tomatoes.\u00a0 I have plenty of cherry tomatoes on my plants and I think I will have many more harvests to accomplish in the next few weeks or at least this month.<\/p>\n<p>My cucumbers have been growing quite well and I have picked at least a couple dozen in the past few weeks.\u00a0 As long as the vines keep growing I should be seeing more cucumbers.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Today I didn&#8217;t get as many cherry tomatoes and I got a total of 29.\u00a0 Since they are a good size I am not worried about the amount I get.\u00a0 I always focus on quality not quantity in my garden.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ericsorganicgarden.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Picture-1-315.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1554\" src=\"http:\/\/ericsorganicgarden.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Picture-1-315-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Cherry Tomato Harvest\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Five more cucumbers were picked this afternoon and they were a real good size.\u00a0 I have one that grew in a weird shape, but as long as they taste good I don&#8217;t care about the shape.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ericsorganicgarden.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Picture-1-323.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" corn that will be picked sometime this month.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ericsorganicgarden.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Picture-1-251.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Since <a href=\"http:\/\/ericsorganicgarden.com\/blog\/transplanting-seeds-rows\/\">I planted all my corn seeds at once<\/a> I should be harvesting most of my corn in the same week.\u00a0 This means I will have a big harvest of corn and many to eat in a short amount of time.\u00a0 I am still looking forward to eating them since this comes once per year.<\/p>\n<p>I mentioned recently that I have some eggplants growing and I wanted to show you some of the progress they have been making.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ericsorganicgarden.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Picture-1-260.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1560\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I am also getting more on this plant which is good because I will be able to harvest more than one after I pick this first one sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I also am getting my first cantaloupe of the season as well.\u00a0 Right now it is quite small, but hopefully it will get much bigger within the coming weeks.\u00a0 So far the melon has been getting bigger each day.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ericsorganicgarden.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Picture-1-297.jpg\"><img
