{"id":1763,"date":"2017-03-03T17:38:29","date_gmt":"2017-03-03T22:38:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ericsorganicgarden.com\/blog\/?p=1763"},"modified":"2017-03-03T17:38:51","modified_gmt":"2017-03-03T22:38:51","slug":"getting-dill-ahead-schedule","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/ericsorganicgarden.com\/blog\/getting-dill-ahead-schedule\/","title":{"rendered":"Getting Dill Planted Ahead of Schedule"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Instead of waiting for the weekend I wanted to make sure that I got my dill into pots as soon as possible.\u00a0 I like to plant them around the same time as alyssum.<\/p>\n<p>This weekend I will probably finish up with the other flowers that I need to grow.\u00a0 These flowers are going to go in small round containers that will only hold a few seeds and plants at the most.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I only plant dill and alyssum very close together in large containers because I find that they grow really good in this particular situation.\u00a0 Most seeds and plants need some space in order to produce the flowers and blooms that I am looking for.<\/p>\n<p>Since I ran out of dill seeds I placed some wildflower seeds that I had used Wednesday for planting.\u00a0 Hopefully they will still grow well with dill plants and vice versa.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ericsorganicgarden.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/IMG_4509.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1764\" src=\"http:\/\/ericsorganicgarden.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/IMG_4509-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"http:\/\/ericsorganicgarden.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/IMG_4509-300x200.jpg 300w, http:\/\/ericsorganicgarden.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/IMG_4509-768x512.jpg 768w, http:\/\/ericsorganicgarden.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/IMG_4509-1024x683.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/ericsorganicgarden.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/IMG_4509-700x467.jpg 700w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Instead of waiting for the weekend I wanted to make sure that I got my dill into pots as soon as possible.\u00a0 I like to plant them around the same time as alyssum.
