It was only a small harvest, but it is definitely enough for at least one meal. There are plenty of peas left on the plants that suggest that many more harvests are to come.

At the moment my strawberries are pretty much done for the season, but it kicked off the season with very delicious and sweet berries that did not last very long. I will be adding more strawberry plants in between each using the runners that will be produced by most of the plants in the garden.

This way next season I should have at least double the amount of plants. This is a great way to increase the amount of harvests you get each year. I will have just about enough room to fit only one until it is time to mow over the old and dead leaves and stems.

Like I said I did pick some peas this afternoon and is enough for just one meal at the moment.
