Many Things Happening in The Garden

It has been quite awhile since I wrote my last blog post, but weather has not been cooperating and many things needed to be completed before the month of June.  In this post I will fill you in on what has been going on including some updates on my plants. (more…)

Several Plantings and a Harvest in the Past Two Days

For the past couple of days I have been focusing on getting all my transplants into the garden including peppers, eggplants, cucumbers, pickle cucumbers, and the last of my honeydew melons.  I also needed to plant at least one row of carrot seeds. (more…)

Removing Some of My Radish and Pea Plants

I won’t be removing all of the plants, but I will be basically eliminate some of them to make room for the strongest in the row.  Luckily I don’t have to remove as much because both plants do not need that much room to grow and thrive. (more…)

Radishes and Peas Now Sprouting

A quick update on some of the seeds I had planted in the garden a couple of weeks ago.  Both my peas and radishes are now showing signs of life with some sprouting within the rows.  Let’s take a look at what they look like when they first pop up through the soil. (more…)
