Getting Potatoes out of The Ground and Corn onto the Table

The past week or two has been quite busy with plenty of vegetables to be harvested and ready to eat. Last week I finished picking the rest of the onions that I had growing in the totes. Right now they are drying outside and once they are finished I will bring them inside count them and then weigh them. Along with onions I also decided to pick corn and dig up my potatoes.

Seeds Sprouting with Red and Yellow Onions Planted Outside in Totes

Just wanted to give a quick update on my garden progress so far. This week I purchased both yellow and red onions that are to be planted in totes outside. The weather has been getting somewhat warmer, but it is still too cold to start tilling the garden. (more…)
