The First Radishes Harvested

Wanted to give you a heads up on some of the first radishes I picked this year.  This was a vegetable I wanted to try and was something that I could grow during the spring.  Since it has been a cool spring they ended up coming out pretty good.

I haven’t actually tasted them and I will be waiting for the next time I make a salad to test the taste and possible toughness.

I actually picked 24 radishes today and I plan to pick the rest real soon.  I picked most of them, but I still have about a dozen or so that are still growing because they were not quite ready.
